is easy to find from the I-87 Thruway!
Route 28 is open to all traffic!

Take the New York State Thruway (I-87) to Kingston, Exit 19. For Kingston City Shuttle trains, take I-587 to the end, make a right onto Albany Ave., a right onto Clinton Ave., and a right onto Westbook Lane. For the Esopus Scenic Train and Fall Foliage specials, take Route 28 West to Mount Tremper to begin your journey on Ulster County's only scenic railway! • CMRR Phoenicia Station: The Empire State Railway Museum is open, but there are no trains serving the station. Please drive over and visit our friends at ESRM!
